To meet social needs and in an effort to promote preventive health care, the Polish Society of Family Medicine, in cooperation with the My Pacjenci Foundation, has developed an adult immunization schedule.
This project presents adult vaccinations in an accessible format, providing a useful tool for doctors, nurses, educators and patients themselves. The schedule aims to promote awareness of vaccination as an important component of preventive health care.
In order to expand ongoing educational activities and meet the needs for health care and access to prevention knowledge, a comprehensive adult immunization schedule in selected indications has been developed to facilitate access to up-to-date and accessible information on immunization.
